====== Cancel VIP ======

===== Overview =====
Deepbot is a great program for your Twitch bot needs, allowing you to do quite a lot to help customise your stream to how you need it to be. As well as the base functionality, extra functionality is provided as part of the VIP subscription service (Features outlined on the following page - [[vip_features|Here]]). This comes at a total of $5 a month.

Two options exist for this payment. Both methods involve PayPal. 
  - Manual Payment every month via the following page [[http://deepbot.tv/services|Services]]
  - PayPal billing agreement/subscription for automatic renewal of your VIP services.

There may come a time, however, that you will need to cancel your subscription to these services. The reason is probably one of the following.

  * You have changed your Twitch name
  * You no longer stream
  * You have found another bot solution
  * You don't have the money to be able to afford the subscription
  * You simply don't need the bot anymore

Should you wish to cancel, if you pay manually every month, you simply just don't make the payment for the next month. If you set up a subscription, however, you will need to go directly through PayPal to cancel this. (Desktop Website or Mobile App).

While we cannot cancel any PayPal subscriptions for you, the following guide will show you the steps you need to do to cancel this.

**1.** Log in to your PayPal account [[https://www.paypal.com/signin|LINK]]

**2.** We need to find "Pre-approved Payments".
  * **1.** Click the 'Settings' icon at the top right of the page.
  * **2.** Under "Payments", click "Pre-approved Payments".
  * **3.** Click "View" next to pre-approved payments

(You PayPal may look different, but should still be called "Pre-approved Payments")

**3.** On the pre-approved page you may not find what you're looking for and it may only display a few items. In this case you'll need to click "Manage Pre-Approved Payments" located on the left side of the page

**4.** Use the filter to select the seller whose agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel.

**5.** Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request.
