General
Bank Heist Mini-Game Not Working
Question: Why isn't my bank heist mini-game working?
Answer: If you're using a custom config and it defaults to the original game config, then your VIP membership expired. If you have entered !bankheist in chat, but the game doesn't start, then you forgot to put how many points you want to wager. Example: !bankheist 100. If you entered the command correctly, you may have too many points or not enough points. (If you have over 1 billion points, you will not be able to play mini-games, request songs, etc.)
Change Bot/Stream Name
Question: How can I change my bot/stream name for Deepbot?
Answer: For bot name changes, use this guide here. To change your stream name for Deepbot, make a thread here on the forums.
Donation Notification Issues

Answer: This program will only run on Windows 7 or higher. Mac and Linux are currently not supported. At least 1GB of RAM is required.
Running Deepbot on Two or More Computers
Question: Can I run Deepbot on two or more computers?
Answer: You can't run Deepbot at the same time on two or more computers. (The reason for this is because of data conflicts, double command posting, etc..) However, you can configure Deepbot to run on one computer and be able to receive notifications/sounds/etc from another computer. A more detailed guide on how to accomplish this can be found here.
Run Deepbot on Other Streams
Question: Can I run Deepbot on other channels besides my own?
Answer: No. You will need to buy another Deepbot Beta License, since only one Deepbot Beta License can be issued per Twitch account. More information can be found here.
Multiple recurring payments for VIP
Question: Why am I being double/triple charged for VIP?
Answer: Please note, we do not have the ability to charge your PayPal directly and recurring payments can only be made if you setup a subscription on PayPal. Payments are made by PayPal following your setup instructions with no action taken from us after a subscription has been setup. So if you are being charged automatically multiple times, it likely means that you have setup multiple VIP subscriptions to DeepBot. This could have happened for example when you changed your stream name and setup a new subscription without cancelling the old one.
To stop this, you would need to cancel the additional subscriptions on PayPal. A guide on how this can be done on PayPal can be found here: http://wiki.deepbot.tv/cancel_vip
