Please send this to ExpertsOnline providing any additional information on the crash.” To find this crash log, navigate to your Deepbot folder and look for the Logs folder. A file named “Errorlog.txt” should be in there.

Question: Why isn't my bank heist mini-game working?
Answer: If you're using a custom config and it defaults to the original game config, then your VIP membership expired. If you have entered !bankheist in chat, but the game doesn't start, then you forgot to put how many points you want to wager. Example: !bankheist 100. If you entered the command correctly, you may have too many points or not enough points. (If you have over 1 billion points, you will not be able to play mini-games, request songs, etc.)
Question: How can I change my bot/stream name for Deepbot?

If you have created a brand new account, or if using the link above doesn't word please create a new ticket on the Deepbot website chat containing the following information.
Question: Why are my donation notifications not showing up on stream?
Question: What are the minimum system requirements?
Answer: This program will only run on Windows 7 or higher. Mac and Linux are currently not supported. At least 1GB of RAM is required.
Question: Can I run Deepbot on two or more computers?
Answer: You can't run Deepbot at the same time on two or more computers. (The reason for this is because of data conflicts, double command posting, etc..) However, you can configure Deepbot to run on one computer and be able to receive notifications/sounds/etc from another computer. A more detailed guide on how to accomplish this can be found here.
Question: Can I run Deepbot on other channels besides my own?
Answer: No. You will need to buy another Deepbot Beta License, since only one Deepbot Beta License can be issued per Twitch account. More information can be found here.
All the data that is contained within Deepbot can be used between multiple instances but cannot be accessed at the same time. For example, if you are sharing a user database between multiple streams, only one streamer at a time would be able to use this.
Please note: You can only run one instance of Deepbot at a time on a single computer. If you are planning on running multiple Deepbot instances on the same server these will need to be in their own seperate virtual machine.
Question: Why am I being double/triple charged for VIP?
Answer: Please note, we do not have the ability to charge your PayPal directly without your consent in the initial instance. This means that if you are seeing multiple payments it is likely that you have accidentally set up an additional subscription on PayPal.
Payments are made by PayPal following your setup instructions with no action taken from us after a subscription has been setup.
This could have happened, for example, if you have changed your stream name recently and setup a new subscription without cancelling the old one first.
To stop this, you would need to cancel the additional subscription(s) on PayPal. A guide on how this can be done on PayPal can be found here: http://wiki.deepbot.tv/cancel_vip
